Oak wood is prized for its strength, uniformity, and beautiful grain. Oak is a heavy, strong, light-colored hardwood. Oak is white to light brown and the heartwood is a pinkish-reddish brown. The wood is mostly straight-grained, with a coarse texture. Shown above is a solid oak table top with a 1-1/2” thick top and bottom with a 1/2” thick wood insert in green paint. All our wood table tops are made from solid North American hardwoods and are all manufactured in Ohio! All our wooden table tops are available in any standard or custom stain on the website and with a high-end commercial-grade polyurethane finish.
